Ok, I love shrimp. I also love that there are so many different ways to make it!
Today, I was in the mood for something sweet. So obviously my first thought was coconut shrimp. JK
Problem is, I’ve actually never made it before. Turns out, it’s not hard at all! Check out the recipe below!
Coconut Agave Sauce
1/4-1/2 cup of Agave Nectar (to taste)
1/4-1/2 cup of Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (to taste)
-Defrost 1 cup of peeled shrimp
-Dip shrimp in Coconut Agave Sauce generously
-Cook shrimp on medium heat in a medium frying pan
-Let shrimp cook until its a nice golden brown
-You can add more unsweetened coconut flakes on top if you’d like!
It’s really that easy, and so quick to make.
